  Erwin and Charlotte Pohlman (Winter 1950) eloped on August 6, 1950 and kept it a secret until November 6, 1950, Charlotte's 18th birthday. They then found a small apartment and lived together for only 16 days, when he became ill, then spent the rest of his life in the hospital. Erwin passed away January 3, 1951 at Huntington Memorial Hospital, Pasadena, CA.   As a child Erwin had what was believed to be Hepatitis. His autopsy report and death certificate state: Post Infectious Hepatitis and Portal Cirrhosis, respectively. Erwin would have graduated from South Gate High School, Class of Winter 1951.

 Charlotte married Bob "Lefty" Robinson (S-1947) on March 4, 1952. They have four children and eight grandchildren. Charlotte and Bob reside in Williams, Oregon.
